FUNCTIONAL TRAINING (AVAILABLE IN 1 ON 1 & PARTNER SESSIONS) Our hybrid approach to functional training uses a variety of techniques to improve strength & mobility in our students. While incorporating elements of cardio, weight training, yoga, ELDOA’s, and resistance training. Our sessions are customizable to each student to address any opportunities we find in our TCW Assessment, which is performed with each student prior to first 1 on 1 session.
FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPY Fascial stretch therapy is a table-based stretching sequence that works at relieving the tension accumulated in our fascial tissue. Fascial tissue restrictions happen to us all, regardless of age, gender, athletic ability, or exercise level. Tightness and imbalances in your fascial tissue can present as some of the following: Tight neck/traps, back pain, tight hips, achy knees, sore feet, frequent headaches/migraines, etc. Available in 60, 90, or 120 minute sessions. Please note we use a combination of essential oils throughout our sessions to ensure our clients' utmost relaxation.
