**Our partner training incorporates the same elements as our 1 on 1 functional training**
Our hybrid approach to functional training uses a variety of techniques to improve strength & mobility in our students. While incorporating elements of cardio, weight training, yoga, ELDOA’s , and resistance training. Our sessions are customizable to each student to address any opportunities we find in our TCW Assessment, which is performed with each student prior to first 1 on 1 session.
