Intermittent fasting has been shown to have the following benefits:

-Aiding in weight loss

-Improving cardiovascular & brain health

-Improving metabolism

-Reduces cancer

-Lowering Type II Diabetes

While there are so many different ways of doing intermittent fasting, its best to choose the method that works for you. For us personally, we like the 16/8 method. Once every week or so we will also do a 24 hour fast.
